Accounts & Profiles

All user profiles are viewable to the public.
Please keep your profile information or any images you post PG-13. If we feel something on your account is not PG-13, then we may remove it.
Users must be 13 years or older to make an account.
Your account may be deleted if we see no activity on it for extended periods of time.

GingaMerch will never sell any information related to your profile.
In the event of information being stolen, you will be notified immediately.
We collect emails for login and account recovery purposes, but will never send a direct email to you unless it is needed for security or legal reasons. No other sensitive information is stored, and you will be notified if there is ever a breach of our database.

GingaMerch is not responsible for the content on any external sites it links to. If you find a bad link, please report it to us so we can fix it.

GingaMerch takes no credit for any image displayed on this website. If applicable, a link with credit is given per image, along with all images are resized down to low quality. If the owner of the image wishes it to be taken down, please email us and we will remove it ASAP.
GingaMerch is not responsible for any copyright infringement from members posting images to their profiles.
